We invite you to spend unforgettable moments with us during the sugaring off season from March 1st to May 1st. Since 1951, from father to son, the Leclerc family has been greeting people in a warm setting in order to perpetuate the real tradition of the past.

Whether it is the cheerful atmosphere, the sleigh rides among the maple grove (the sap is still gathered in pails) or the delicious traditional meal served to your heart's content, one always comes back with the same enthusiasm.

 






The sugar shack may hold up to 200 people and is open 7 days a week during the season. At any time, you will be able to buy the different maple products made and sold on the premises. The famous tasting of the maple taffy on the snow is served "as much as you can eat" to the great pleasure of our guests.

 



Even after the sugaring off season, the Leclerc family is happy to welcome groups of 30 people and more for events such as:

 

• Corn-of-the-cob party (come and taste the famous Neuville corn)
• Hot-dog party
• Reception of all kinds
• Conventions
• Wedding or anniversary
